Through the diploma program in Digital Design at The Art Institute of
Pittsburgh - Online Division, students can pursue concentrated
studies to improve existing skills, or better prepare for career
changes or promotion.
The intensive six-week course format offers
students online assisgnments and discussions five days per week,two
courses at a time, over two six-week sessions per quarter.
Students will absorb the fundamentals of
lettering, typography, and graphic design, and will have the opportunity
to attain proficiency with computer applications and advanced
software to develop competency at creating high quality layouts
and design.
Digital Design students will metriculate
under industry professionals who will help them develop their
skills for use in the workplace, and will ideally leave the program
with a portfolio to present to prospective employers.
